Electric System Consulting LLC (ESC) provides training and support for professionals pursuing careers and growth in the power and energy industry. ESC was originally built to help Navy Nuclear Operators transition into transmission, generation, and other control room roles, but the mission has expanded to serve a wider range of students and industry professionals. 

Today, ESC supports individuals preparing for NERC and power industry exams, building stronger operational knowledge, and advancing in roles related to system operations, generation dispatch, transmission operations, and other electric utility functions. ESC also provides training designed to support NERC Continuing Education Hours (CEHs), helping professionals continue developing their knowledge and maintain their qualifications over time.

ESC focuses on practical, high-value training. Programs may include video lessons, slide presentations, readings, flashcards, practice exams, and other study tools designed to focus on the material that matters most. The goal is to make complex topics more understandable, more usable, and more relevant to real-world power system work.

In addition to technical training, ESC also provides practical career support where applicable, including resume guidance, interview preparation, and job search assistance.
